ARMED OFFICER ONBOARDING INTEGRATION (INVITATION ONLY)
STUDENTS MUST OBTAIN INVITATION FROM INSTRUCTOR TO ATTEND THIS COURSE.
This course is for those that are currently armed officers applying for employment with an employer that requires mandatory firearms training prior to being allowed to carry a firearm while on duty.
Officers are required to own their own firearms and gear suitable to complete the entire course.
Officers equipment will be inspected prior to the start of the course. Should any of the officers equipment not meet required standards to complete the course, students will not be allowed to participate in the course. Equipment is available to rent for $75.00. This includes firearms, ammo and duty belt with mag pouches.
Equipment required for this course is:
Standard duty firearm such as Glock, Smith & Wesson, Sig Sauer, etcetera. Homemade or modified firearms ARE NOT AUTHORIZED!
- Duty, war or battle belt with retention.
- Level II holster or higher. Level I holster are NOT suitable for this class. Holsters must have sufficient retention.
- 3 Magazines (Minimum).
- Dual Mag Pouch for spare magazines.
Recommended Items:
- Water, snacks food (Water is a really good idea!)
- Jacket, sweater (Range is 100% outdoors)
- Clothing must NOT interfere with equipment.
- Hat, sunscreen, ChapStick.
- Beanie, Neck Gator to stay warm if cold.
